-At least Diploma in Accounting / Finance

-Skilled with Autocount Accounting Software

-Min 3 years working experience as an Accountant managing full set accounting and SST submission

*RESPONSIBILITIES*

-Handle few companies under the group (moderate load)

-Oversee the entire finance function of The Companies (monthly, quarterly reports)

-Compliance with local laws, accounting standards and latest financial developments affecting the Company

-Overall responsibility for statutory audits, taxation and tax field audits.

-Cost control and management accounting responsibilities for The Companies

-Alert on changes in laws and quickly assess the implication of such changes on the Company; to action changes on processes and systems to adapt

-Ensure on-time applications or renewals, tax estimate filings, tax/ SST payments

-Ensure monthly accounts are issued on-time and with accuracy

*MUST HAVE*

-Minimum #5 years of working experience in accounting

-Knowledge of technical sound in accounting standards, industrial bookkeeping and Malaysian taxation

-Possess strong financial analysis skills, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills

-Good team player with a commitment to quality work and tight schedule

-Advanced in MS Excel skills

-Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

-Strong mind of leadership, Kaizen, 5WHY and problem solving

*OTHERS/ADVANTAGES*

-Able to communicate in Japanese language is an added advantage

-2 years of working experience in audit

-Knowledge in ACCPAC System

-Knowledge in Malaysia labour law, Employment Act and other statutory requirements

-Knowledge of digital transformation
